Online Enrollment

Sierra Sands Unified School District now offers online enrollment! Online enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school. Upon completion, the student’s information is electronically sent to the school for review.

Please note, you will need a valid email address to complete the online enrollment process; if you do not have a valid email you will need to create one before continuing. If you are not able to complete the enrollment process during your first login, you can log out and resume at a later time.

During the registration process you will be providing information about your student. It is recommended that you have this information available when starting registration.
AOE

  • Legal name of Student
  • Proof of Student age
  • Proof of required Immunizations
  • Current home address (proof: utility bill, lease, etc.)
  • Current mailing address (if different than home address)
  • Parent/Guardian name
  • Emergency contacts information
  • Other health or educational records may be requested.

To get started enrolling a new student click the image above, then click “Enroll A New Student” button once the enrollment window opens. If the image above isn't working for you, you can copy and paste this into your browser: https://ssusd.asp.aeries.net/enrollment/

For users who have previously used this website to enroll a student, select Login from the bottom left-hand corner to access your account and log in as an existing user. If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password. Do not create a new account.

*NOTICE: While school sites are closed during the COVID-19 outbreak, parents will have the opportunity to upload pictures or copies of the following required documents to complete their registration. Once the outbreak is over, parents may be requested to provide physical copies of required documents.

Please note: The Aeries Online Enrollment System is a separate platform from the Aeries Parent or Student Portal. To enroll any student, you must create an account through the Aeries Online Enrollment application. You will have the opportunity to add this new student to an existing Aeries Parent Portal account later after the pre-enrollment has been processed by the school.
