School Begins Thursday, August 6

The countdown is on! Sierra Sands Unified School District is excited to open our doors and begin a new school year on Thursday, August 6.

Students will reconnect with friends, meet new teachers, and begin another journey of academic achievement and personal growth. Our schools are prepared and ready to support every student from the very first day.

School offices are currently open and available to assist families with registration questions, enrollment needs, schedules, transportation information, and other back-to-school preparations.

Families should also be receiving important updates and school-specific information directly from their child's school through ParentSquare. If you are not receiving these communications, please contact your school office to verify your contact information and ensure you are connected before the first day of school.
